    Does the Trail 2 tent fit two people with packs inside?

    Yes, just. Two sleeping mats fit side by side and the porches take a 50L pack each. Taller campers over 6'2" may prefer the Trail 3.

    How long do the pegs last on rocky ground?

    I've used mine on Dartmoor for two seasons without bending one. Carry a couple of spare V-pegs for really hard ground.

    Can I pitch the outer first in the rain?

    Yes. The inner clips in from underneath, so the inside stays dry while you set up.
